    I designed this course to help you make those small, daily changes that can a make big difference in how you feel, consistently.
    Some of the things we talk about may be familiar to you from previous weight loss efforts, but the context here is applying those health principles for sustainable health gains.
    There are six lecture videos. Each lecture comes with an assignment and an explanation video
    The major topics we will cover are:
    • getting to know and love your body
    • how lost weight finds you
    • your genetics and energetics
    • your brain and your appetite
    At the end of the course, you'll be well equipped to critically approach future weight loss programs.
    You'll know how to get the best benefit to your body, for where you are now, to make permanent health gains.
    If you've put in the time and effort to go through diet and weight loss programs, only to be disappointed with the results, this course is for you.
    If you're ready to get personal with your health and put in the time to learn how your body works, you're ready for this course.
