    Hi! My name is André Baumann. I have a master's degree in nutrition. I have helped hundreds of people with weight loss for the past ten years. In my current position as a sports nutritionist at The Norwegian Olympic Sports Centre, I tailor diet plans for Olympic athletes. I have also worked as a personal trainer for almost ten years, helping both trained and untrained achieving their body goals.
    This course is for anyone who wants to lose weight, working with individuals wanting to lose weight or wants to know the evidence-based strategies for losing weight. This course is not another fake fad diet course! I will give you the evidence-based guidelines that work for weight loss. There are enough self-proclaimed experts out there providing bad dieting advice or marketing supplements like they are a magic pill.
