    The 7 Core Strength Workouts are short 10 minute exercise routines to get you some seriously toned abs, a strong back and a defined booty.     4. Do I need any props?
    Having two blocks and a strap handy would be ideal, but if you don't own any of those things you can substitute with large pillows and a belt.
